Fall protection and roofing – Worksite Safety Policy

When you do work on roofs it takes common sense and “safety first” We have a comprehensive work site safety policy which includes:

• Prior to beginning a job review the Field Measurement Sheet for comments/hazards/access notes
• Use common sense and think “safety first”
• Safty glasses are to be worn when operating any power tools or pneumatic nailers/staplers
• Ear protection is to be worn when operating power tools or blowers on the ground
• Hard hats are to be worn by crews operating on the ground near fall areas to protect from falling materials
• 1 person per anchor when tied off
• Usage of drugs or alcohol prior to or on the jobsite will result in immediate dismissal
